The Women on Weights program is designed to provide hands-on education & up-to-date information to provide women the knowledge & confidence to live a healthy lifestyle.

 

You will feel comfortable in the weight room with our group training classes & expert assistance! Join Master Trainers, Regina Ierardi & Wendy Roy, as they walk you through each exercise & how to properly use gym equipment.
